1. Remove the existing stopper.
Check how your current stopper is secured and remove it appropriately. Confirm that the opening is compatible and clear.
2. Seat the replacement insert.
Lower the filter into the opening so the seal sits evenly. Do not force it into place.
3. Check both positions.
Press the cap to check opening and closing. Run a little water, check the fit and empty the basket whenever debris builds up.

Check the drain opening before ordering. The listed fit is an inside diameter of 33–35 mm (about 1.30–1.38 inches), with more than 80 mm (3.15 inches) of clear installation depth. The shape of your drain and any internal crossbars also matter.
Does the whole stopper consist of stainless steel?
No. The selected model combines an ABS body, a brass pop-up core, a 304 stainless steel strainer and rubber sealing rings. The stainless steel description refers to the strainer, not every component.
How do I switch between holding water and draining?
Press the cap to close the stopper, then press it again to raise it and let water drain. A properly seated seal is needed for the closed position.
How do I remove trapped hair?
Lift out the insert and remove the collected debris. The basket is detachable for cleaning. Rinse it, then reassemble and refit the stopper.
Will I need to change the plumbing?
The insert drops into a compatible opening after the existing stopper has been removed. How you remove the old stopper depends on your drain. Do not force an insert into a drain that does not fit.
Can it catch rings or earrings?
The basket can help intercept small items before they enter the pipe. It cannot guarantee that every item will be caught; very small objects may pass through the openings.
Is the anti-odor seal included with every pack?
No. Select the add-on option that includes a sink waste anti-odor seal if you want that accessory. The filter-only option does not include this extra fitting.
