I. The 30-Day Culinary Trial

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if our tools belong in your kitchen.

  • Condition for Return: To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • Change of Mind: If the product doesn't quite fit your style, we welcome returns. Please note that return shipping costs for non-quality issues are the responsibility of the customer.

II. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours at service@qylinacosh.comย with clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately, including all original shipping costs.

III. Transparent Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timing: Most refunds reflect in your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Hygiene & Safety: For the safety of all our customers, items that have been used in food preparation cannot be returned (unless defective).

  • Final Sale: Gift cards and items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
