  • Precision Handling: All in-stock orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1-2 business days.

  • Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its journey.

  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

II. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We believe in transparency. No hidden fees, just reliable service:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days (within the contiguous U.S.).

  • Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.

  • Under $50: For smaller orders, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

III. Shipping Protection & Accuracy

  • Reinforced Packaging: Our tools are packed in custom-engineered boxes to ensure they maintain their integrity and hygiene during transit.

  • Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping details. If you notice an error, contact us at service@qylinacosh.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, we cannot reroute the package.

IV. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package goes missing or arrives damaged:

  • Please reach out to our logistics experts within 48 hours of the "Delivered" status or receipt.

  • We will open an inquiry with the carrier and, once verified, arrange a free replacement for you immediately.
